Amy Eldridge Troy - OwnerAmy graduated from the New England Academy of Therapeutic Sciences in 1997. She brings over 13 years experience in clinical massage practice to her clients. Her continued education has brought her proficiency in Neuromuscular/Trigger Point Therapy, Hot Stone Massage and Pregnancy Massage. In 2007 she completed her advanced certification in Myofascial Release Techniques and Soft Tissue Mobilization. She believes in Chichester Massage having a positive impact in the community by donating time and services to support many local organizations. Her goal is to educate the public that massage therapy is an investment in their overall health and well being. Cheryl KollettCheryl studied at the North Eastern Institute of Whole Health and became a licensed massage therapist in 2006. She has been teaching fitness classes for over 20 years and became a personal trainer in 2000. Four years ago she began teaching yoga and pilates. Cheryl brings her vast knowledge of the body and movement to her massage practice and works to educate her clients on a complete approach to healing. She has focused her technique in the areas of Myofascial Release, Hot Stone Massage, and Amma Massage. Cheryl has studied both Usui and Shamballa Reiki and recently completed Level IV Master Teacher training in Shamballa. She is looking forward to sharing this powerful treatment with her clients. Shannon K. NickersonShannon is a graduate of Hesser College and has been a licensed massage therapist since 2006. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge in Neuromuscular/Trigger Point Therapy, Hot Stone Massage, Pregnancy Massage and she is certified in Myofascial Release & Soft Tissue Mobilization. Shannon recently completed her Level I CranioSacral Therapy training from the Upledger Institute. She's a dedicated massage therapist that is constantly keeping up with the latest techniques and methods in the field to better serve her clients. Shannon is focused on whole body health with a specialized interest in working with migraine sufferers. Her philosophy is that time spent on yourself is never wasted. Heidi BrobstIn 2006, Heidi graduated from Seacoast Career Schools and became a licensed massage therapist. She has advanced her education in the areas of Deep Tissue and Sports Massage techniques as well as Swedish Massage, Acupressure, Pregnancy, and Hot Stone Massage. She has been a great addition to our team at Chichester Massage by sharing our commitment to continued education, attention to detail and dedication to the wellness of our clients.
